Brief Description:

44 Esplanade will be Jersey's leading office development, providing 100,000 sq ft of space for single occupancy.

The project is being constructed in accordance with the BREEAM requirements to achieve a "very good" rating. Construction includes for a basement plus five storeys with the plant located on the roof.

The building consists of a structural steel frame, concrete cores and a highly designed facade to front and back elevations which includes reconstituted stone feature beams and columns, technical curtain walling and anodised aluminium brise soleil and coppings.
