Brief description:

The works comprise 2980 square metres of high-specification office space over 4 floors, and 12 number 2 bedroom luxury apartments. Parking for 48 cars is located on the basement.

Construction has seen the installation of piled foundations, steel frame with castellated beams, composite floor slabs with permanent metal formwork, precast concrete staircases, masonry external walls with French limestone and granite to the outside face, finished with curtain walling and tinted glazed windows throughout.

The roof sees a pre-patinated copper finish mansard hiding the buildings plant and environmental control systems.
