Brief Description:

Works comprising the conversion and fit-out of existing first floor car parking to provide a homemaker retail unit of approximately 2500 square meters.

The conversion will included thermally insulated wall and ceiling linings, new windows and internal wall, partitions and doors.
Fitting out included floor, wall and ceiling finishes and decorations, services installations including electrical, mechanical, alarms and data.
A new goods lift linking the ground floor goods and new storage area on the first floor was installed, existing customer lifts refurbished, and existing locations for plant serving the whole premises was be rationalized.
