Health and Safety

Health & Safety

We strive for continuous improvement in health & safety performance. Our commitment to health & safety contributes to the success and efficiency of every project, which in turn contributes to client satisfaction.

Safety begins with training for our own teams based on the national standards, the Health & Safety Executive legislations and in accordance with our company safety policy. To maintain high standards, all managers and members of staff undergo special regular health & safety courses.

On site:  Just as safety has to be designed into every project by the Architects, Camerons is responsible for ensuring the construction is planned and carried out with a full health & safety specification throughout the supply chain. This applies to every aspect of the work, down to the fine details of the materials that are specified and used, as well as the preparation of method statements to ensure safe systems of working.

In the community:  Our teams work closely with the community to ensure our projects do not present a risk to thier health and safety. This involves close cooperation with local police, respresentatives from schools, colleges and residents.
