Brief Description:

Complete facade reconstruction, ground floor and first floor refurbishment of two restaurants and entrance foyer / reception whilst the building remained fully operational.

The building plays an important role in Jersey's history; Jersey was formally liberated by the Allied troops in WW2 on the balcony above the main entrance.

All works were on a strict timescale and had to be completed by Liberation Day 2005 as the Queen was present in Jersey to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Liberation Day.
