Brief Description:

A 195 bedroom four star hotel with conference centre, leisure facilities and associated external works.  Precast concrete walls and floors form the rooms which include bathroom pods.

The Radisson Hotel is the first new build hotel in Jersey for over 35 years.
A number of innovation techniques were used in Jersey for the first time in the construction of the building which included, pre-cast driven piles, pre-cast concrete "fast room" technology panels, and pre-fabricated M&E services.

The building comprises 195 bedrooms, leisure facilities, commercial kitchen, conference centre and external hard landscaping.

The Radisson Waterfront Jersey hotel has made it onto Expedia's exclusive Insiders' select 2009 list of the world's very best hotels. The award is given to the top 1% of more than 80,000 hotels and resorts reviewed by hundreds of thousands of Expedia customers and in-house experts.
