


The 15th December was a special day for the St Peter's Retirement Homes Project. The traditional 'Topping Out' Ceremony took place and the project team celebrated, together with John Refault, Constable of St Peters.
The traditional ceremony celebrates reaching the highest point of the project and Mr Refault commemorated the occasion by placing a ridge tile on the roof of one of the houses.
The St Peter's project is the construction of fourteen new life long residential units with car ports together with external works consisting of access road, bin store, boundary walls and fences, gates, car parking, courtyard paving, landscaping and mains services installations.
