Construction of a new minor operations building and day surgery unit, link structure between three existing buildings, general refurbishment of adjoining areas with hospital remaining fully operational throughout works.

Awarded Project of the Year at the 2008 Jersey Construction Awards recognising the "team spirit" in delivering the part new build, part refurbishment of the existing building in a live environment.
