The construction of 14 new single storey dwellings specifically for the over 55's in the Parish of Trinity.

Construction comprises a traditional reinforced concrete strip foundation and edge bearing slab structure. Pitched roofs comprise blue block Spanish slate roof coverings. The superstructure is timber frame with an external blockwork skin and traditional sand / cement render.
